Description:

Filigree work is considered as one of the domestic manual arts of Zanjan province in Iran.

Filigree work is considered as one of the domestic manual arts of Zanjan province in Iran. This handicraft is mostly made of silver rather than gold. During the rule of the king Rezakhan some of Zanjan craftsmen migrated to Tehran and Esfehan cities and made this delicate art prevalent and popular among the pepole of above mentioned cities.
