Deh Sangan is a mountainous & very beautiful village in north west of Tehran & a little higher in upper part of Sulghan & it has Imamzade & one beautiful waterfall. For reaching to Sangan village , we should pass through & mountainous road , in 20 km in path of Imam zade Davood. Most beauty of Sangan waterfall is in wet season, means Farvardin & Ordibehesht month. This water fall looks very beautiful in winter glaciations. This water fall has been created in Karaj Fm. Beds of Eocene age.

Sangan waterfall looks very beautiful in winter glaciations. If you want to see the Ice Waterfall best time is middle of winter.During the summer months, lack of rainfall can significantly reduce the water flow. The waterfall will obviously be most impressive after heavy rains in spring and Autumn.

Mehdi! Your post is very nice and informative. I really like your post. It is very helpful for tourists. With a height of 60 m, Sangan Waterfall is most attractive waterfall. I have already visited this waterfall with my friends. Fortunately we visited this place in spring. We enjoyed the heavy rain there. Indeed that was a lovely tour. Now I want to go there again in next spring season.Image
