Introduction:Ahram Village, Tangestan (Persian:روستای اهرم تنگستان)

The word Ahram is a colloquial form of the word ‘Eram’, meaning “Garden of Paradise”, as there are numerous citrus fruits, orchards and plenty of natural springs around this area.

Ahram of Tangestan has relics of two military forts, one belonging to the Khans (governors) of Tangestan and the other to the Zar Khezer Khan clan of Tangestan.

Shrines of the descendants of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), such as Imamzadeh Jafar, Zainabol Shohada and Imamzaeh Aqa Mir Ahmad, are near this village.
